Self-Regulation for Neurodivergent, Sensitive & Anxious Children: Three-Part Workshop Series

A three-part workshop designed to help you understand your child’s inner world — their window of tolerance, signs of dysregulation, and patterns of hyper- and hypoarousal. Grounded in safety, connection, and awareness, you’ll learn how to recognise what’s happening beneath behaviour and respond with calm, clarity, and care.

Each module combines practical, process-based strategies with simple visual tools to help you guide your child back to regulation and connection. You’ll finish with your own personalised plan you can use at home and school — a framework that brings ease and confidence to everyday parenting. This workshop is designed for parents of children aged 4-12 years old, however the concepts are timeless and can be applied to all age groups.

  • Understand what self-regulation really means for sensitive, anxious, and neurodivergent children. You’ll explore how the nervous system shapes behaviour, what dysregulation looks like, and how sensitivity and neurodiversity influence your child’s ability to stay calm and connected. This foundation helps you see behaviour through a nervous system lens — the first step toward real change.

  • In this signature module, you’ll learn my integrative model for self-regulation — a clear, visual framework linking the principles of Safety, Connection, and Awareness. You’ll see how these processes work together to support your child’s growth, and how to integrate practical strategies that nurture regulation from the inside out. This module bridges understanding with action.

  • Turn insight into action with concrete strategies you can use immediately. This module introduces a memorable acronym to guide your responses during moments of dysregulation, challenging behaviour, or disconnection — including boundary-setting, repairing ruptures, and supporting your child’s emotional state. You’ll receive fridge-friendly cheat sheets, real-life examples, and be guided step-by-step to build your child’s personalised self-regulation plan for home and school. By the end, you’ll have practical tools and a structured plan that integrate your child’s needs with your own regulation and consistency.

A three-part workshop designed to help you truly understand your child’s AuDHD neurotype — the unique combination of Autism and ADHD traits. Many parents are left wondering: What does AuDHD actually mean? How does it shape my child’s experiences, strengths, and challenges? What’s “Autism” and what’s “ADHD”?

In this neuroaffirming series, we’ll unpack these questions with clarity and compassion, helping you see your child through a new, integrated lens. You’ll learn how AuDHD influences sensory processing, regulation, social and communication, and motivation — and gain practical ways to support your child’s wellbeing, differences, confidence, and growth at home and school.
